"Horrendous"

Registered a €500 Gold Chip & Pin this morning - I THOUGHT !!! Used a One4All app and now am still waiting on telephone 46 minutes for them to try and sort the mess out. The card that was purchased yesterday for €500 is presently invalid for reasons UNKNOWN TO THEM !! Their IT systems are a nightmare - Just spoke with a nasty supervisor who basically is cancelling the card and sending a replacement which will take 7 working days. DO NOT BUY THESE FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS
