The whole process is a bit clunky. There is a degree of faff involved. It would be simpler to just ask how much for voucher, and where you would like it sent. No excuses. Poorly thought out system.

Got a digital card. Can't add to an android wallet.
Couldn't use online where I wanted [sportsdirect] , so went to the store, didn't work there either.
Turns out you've to make default wallet app changes for it to work.
Ended up it works in Tesco, had a balance of 20€, went back to Tesco another day to use it, and wouldn't let me use the 20, then pay the balance on another card.


It's 2025, these things should be so difficult. Will not be using again.

I contacted the one 4all customer service after purchasing a gift card.. Posting it to a friend but she never received it... The cuss service team replied promptly and we're very helpful..

After receiving a digital giftcard and downloading the app I was still unable to make purchases with it. However when I did eventually find a way to contact customer service they were all extremely helpful and are issuing me a physical card instead.
