"Difficult to use"
My teenage daughter had a €30 paper gift card that got slightly bent. It could not ne used in any store (we tried many places). I then decided to use it on the one4all website buy 2 x €15. One I saved to use for myself (before I realised I could send them to my daughter) & one I sent to my daughter. She could use her's no problem but I tried to use mine in multiple places & it wouldn't work. Places I only chose to shop in so that I could use the voucher. I followed all guidelines from the website & emailed for support, which I never received. I had to rebuy a €15 on the website again & send to my daughter. The whole experience was stressful & very off putting, I wouldn't buy a one4all voucher as a gift as a result

The person who helped me for issuing a card was very helpful and kind. Although I was little upset because I couldn't use my balance on the app, it was resolved so quickly. I appreciated.

I was very calmly reassured by Customer service when I reported my lost one for all card - they were able to identify my card and block it immediately. I expect to receive a replacement within 5 days. Excellent response

No validation sent to my mobile tried fir 4 hours ,, rang the next day .. a foreign advisor had no clue how to help me , can't spend it myself as I still need the validation code, even though my mobile number is there on the billing address!!! Never again will I purchase

"Not a nice experience "
I received the digital voucher as a work thank you. I put the app on my phone and then tried using it. Unfortunately it would not work I did have helpful staff, in each store try their best but to no avail. I then decided to use on line with a purchase, but again it did not go through. However I decided to buy a physical One4all card online with my E100 digital voucher and it said only able to purchase E48 and E2 handling so it was such a hassle. I can't believe how complicated you have made this
