Complete waste of time, these cards are rubbish, cant spend the money, limits, caps, dont work, make it so hard you cant spend them. Joke. Cant even get my money off them without going through so many hoops its not worth it. All4One should be banned.

Not a good gift idea. For ordinary gifting to friends or family these cards are a bad idea. I've told my family not to give me these cards anymore. I forgot I had one and they were charging 1.45 every month. I think this is daylight robbery not to mention they charge a fee to the purchaser of the gift card. So they end up getting tons of money from unused or forgotten gift cards. I just used them to buy groceries. There will always be something left on the card which even though it's only 40 cents or whatever will add up to millions for these guys.

It is extremely difficult to navigate the one4all website. I ended up purchasing another card with my present of a card which I only wanted to make a purchase with. I took it physically to shops, none of which it worked in. I logged onto one4all website and tried to purchase from there and it would not work on check out! I could not activate it either. Directions are really poor unless you have a gold card perhaps? A present of a one4all card should be way easier and convenient to use. Yours sincerely, Fiona Young

"Good Customer Service"

Mistakes happens, but the customer service here is great. I ordered 3 cards and although my address information is in my account and I had received another card before, this time they didn't arrive after waiting for 1 month. Customer Service kept in contact with me and apologised for the inconvenience on top of actually solving the problem.

I would not order a digital gift card again.
I found it very difficult to get to my account, so eventually had to ring up and get a physical card. Madelene was lovely and helpful. I hope my card arrives within next 5-7 days.
