"6 weeks waiting for a replacement one 4 all card "
I bought a one 4 all card for 50 euro on December 19th. When I checked the balance it was zero. I emailed and phoned customer service numerous times but I am still waiting for a replacement card nearly 6 weeks later. It's such a long process for something that should be so simple. I'll never buy another one 4 all card.

I've tried four times in four different places to use my card and it has never worked. It didn't work online in Next.ie though a Google search result brings up a One4All confirmation that it does. The opposite true for The Loop: it works online but not in store. I tried to use in Boots using the card on my phone but that didn't work. Another store asked me for a PIN but I can't figure out where to get a PIN. The most frustrating gift card I've ever owned. Do not buy!

I purchased an e voucher and it has to be THE most complicated online voucher I have ever purchased. Too many things to do - setting up accounts getting codes. Etc

Had an issue with verification code not coming through on my phone for a digital voucher so a lovely gentleman from One4all called Marlon had the issue sorted in minutes and is now posting me out an actual physical One4all card

Called after an issue using a digital card on my (android) phone and requested a physical card be sent to my home address instead. This was actioned after a couple of One4all card and address details were confirmed. The operator who dealt with my request was very polite, helpful and cheerful. Just the type of person you need on the other end of the phone. A+++ from me

"Wouldn't recommend as a gift"
Received one as a gift; the shop receipt with value was included by the person I received from thankfully because when I checked the card balance it said £0. Customer service said it was a faulty card and they would replace, tried to backtrack on this at one point, and eventually after many emails with many different people, a replacement card eventually arrived *4 weeks* later. Big effort with many emails, and follow-up to get it sorted and a month seems such a long time to sort what shouldn't be a problem in the first place. Would not recommend as a gift as you may be unwittingly giving someone a lot of work to do to get their gift in the end. Also, thank goodness the person I received from kept the receipt and gave it to me.
