"PS5 e-card issue"

I bought a PlayStation gift ecard on their site but they never sent the e-card.
Feels like simple fraud.
I received the email after the reply from One4all and the code worked. Thank you for your help fixing this.

It's been painful to get any coherent response from them. Although the amount on the card was small, I continued until resolved .
They don't have one person following your request, so it just bounces all over the place and you get streams of strange emails in response. Awful service. The staff must be frustrated

Recently bought a digital gift card and went to use it in Tesco and couldn't be used Iv tried a few other sites all to no avail wont be buying another digital gift card seem useless when you get left in a shop and have to pay cash leaving me stuck ridiculous

I send One4all gift cards from NZ to my son and family in Ireland and have done so for a while and I find that your company gives excellent service. My son receives the gift cards within days of my ordering online. He tells me that there is so much he can choose from. I was not sure about doing it online but your service can’t e faulted. Thank you
