"DONT BUY THESE CARDS …"
Received a €250 chip and pin card for Christmas
It included the card and date or purchase , no receipt
When I went to use it no credit loaded despite getting the pin etc on a previously verified account
Have had multiple contacts with one for all ..
I have had no success in resolving the situation as they keep asking for proof of purchase which I don’t have or can’t get as it was a gift .. and have already told them this .
I want to know Was the card paid for?
Surely one for all have electronic records of all the cards and the transactions associated with them for accounting purposes ? where is the money going if not on the card ?
If it was paid for but not loaded to the card through store error or one for all error then it should be either put on the card or returned to the customer who paid for it
Otherwise where is the money .. held by the one for all company ??
Looking at your trustpilot reviews I am not alone in my disatisfaction or experience
You are putting all the responsibility to sort it on on the customer when you the benefactor has that information already !!
It is really unbelievable… I don’t feel my emails are actually read at all and they are sending out automated type emails with no solution asking for the same thing which they have been already been told .
Given a number to speak with sales which just rings out …
I am ok with the money being returned to the buyer …
I have bought these cards as gift and employee gifts before but never again !
Interestingly a colleague at work had the exact same issue and has got the exact same run around as me …

Got reply as below from one for all
Gave them information I had again… the card number Cvc date bought etc … I just don’t have a receipt as it was a gift … even though they keep asking for it !
Now I got an email to say the card wasn’t activated !! Sure this is why I contacted them in the first place !!
Still no clarity regarding the issue to clarify if the card was paid for….. but then just not uploaded to the card … and if so where is this payment… €250 …. and can it either be uploaded to the card or returned to the customer who bought it … I am fine with the buyer being refunded …. What does one 4 all do with these payments ???

Please do not purchase this gift card for anyone it's absolutely useless, either give them the cash directly or a gift card to specific store. I have had a digital card since Dec and every single attempt to purchase either online or in tye shop has failed. I have followed the instructions to activate the card and still does not work. It's an absolutely awful product I hope to god I never have the misfortune of being given as a gift every again!!

I contacted the customer service team as was having issues with my online one4all card. (All issues caused by me, I should point out).
The team were fantastic and very accommodating with all my requests. They have even agreed to send me a physical card as I find that much easier to use.
The response time from the team was exceptional and their professionalism was on point.
Special mention to the 3 agents who responded to me and resolved my issue with a pleasant outcome.

Registered the card on Amazon, One4all sent code to my mobile to complete registration on Amazon site. Then after selecting my items and attempting to pay with card. One4all refused payment ! This One4all gift card has to be the most useless gift you could give a person. Absolutely nothing is easy about using this rubbish card. I even had it refused in Harvey Norman, ridiculous, useless piece of rubbish.

I recently found a €50 gift card which had been mislaid and was about 4 months past it's expiry date and part of the balance had been deducted for fees so I contacted Customer Care and an extremely nice representative named George issued me with a new card for the full amount, he could not have been more helpful. The replacement card arrived within a week.
