Absolutely horrible experience. NO ONE accepts them, except a few small brick and mortar stores locally that have nothing I want.
Amazon stopped taking them for crying out loud. Thats telling me One4All must be a nightmare to deal with as a retailer.
I even tried in Tesco on the express checkout with a digital One4All card and I was told "sorry, we don't accept digital One4All cards on checkouts, you have to go to customer service"
If your company offers them, refuse! They are literally like monopoly money.

I had a query re a year old card that had not been activated due to extenuating circumstances. The response was very prompt, the issue was resolved and the interest reimbursed.

This was resolved very well.
They are going to fix the issues on their systems.......hence gone fro 1 star to 5 star ........ Very disappointing and frustrating....i am a retailer enquiring about the retailer service to enable customers to use their voucher with us. When you eventually get to talk or an email back ite incorrect and i found it went into a loop ....so if you chased it you would be banging your head on the wall shortly enough.....

I had trouble downloading my gift cards to the App and got in touch with Customer Support. They were very quick to respond and my issue was resolved in no time. Great gift card to use in store and online as it is accepted in a lot of places. This was my first issue and I was delighted at how fast it was resolved.

This is nothing more than an excuse for your lack of intelligence and lack of customer service. As I explained more than once, I did contact my bank and verified that there was no reason for a decline of the transaction. The bank confirmed that no transaction was sent to them so they could not approve or decline the transaction. So the problem is NOT with the bank, it is with One4All. I will also write a negative review for your incompetence.

I got a gift of a digital card which never downloaded to my wallet properly which is the first problem with this company - your product does not work.
Then I contacted customer service and they changed my case to resolved before it was resolved. I still don't have access to my digital gift card.
