Nothing but trouble trying to spend these cards. Have a digital card so added it to my Apple wallet to try and make spending it easier, however I’ve tried 3 retailers in the list that supposedly accept it, and using Apple Pay it’s declined every time. Tried on another website and declined. Looking for other websites to spend it but it’s an awkward amount of around €25 and can’t top up, so now anywhere I might eventually be able to use it I’ll be spending 20% plus of the value on delivery fees. And that’s not to mention the absurd monthly fee after 12 months.

Trying to spend vouchers online just doesn’t work.
The pitiful few brands that do accept O4A vouchers try to not accept them because of the 10% transaction fees they charge retailers (I couldn’t buy from one store because they had a weekend offer on, but the fees from O4A would effectively mean they’d be double-discounting me - they’re a small business and I totally understand where they’re coming from) and when trying to make a purchase with Next, the payment kept being declined. The card details were correct, it would push a code to my phone to approve, and even with several hundred euro on the voucher, O4A declined the €95 transaction 6 times.
These vouchers are basically worthless - incredibly frustrating for those trying to use them, and a total waste of good money for those who buy them as gifts.
UPDATE: One4All reached out to me directly after leaving this review, which I appreciated. They asked me to confirm details like my gift card number, and to do so within 3 days. I responded within a few hours, and 4 days later I still haven’t received a single response from them. Absolutely pitiful.

"This was the absolute worst experience…"
This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had dealing with customer service. Their website misplaced some of my information, including a digital gift card with €10 left on it. I emailed them to see why this happened and if the issue could be fixed. Of course I was asked for evidence of my claim, which I supplied what I could, but seeing as my account information was missing (part of the problem i was having to begin with) I did not have all the details that they asked of me. I explained this to them, and sent, along with other things, screenshots from the person who sent me gift card, showing evidence of my account being sent a card which was no longer there. In short, I supplied what I feel was more than sufficient evidence to prove my claim, but I was met with question after question to which I told them repeatedly i could not answer. Even the questions to which i did answer i was asked more than once. It really felt as though i was not being listened to, or I was talking to a bot. In the end I just had to give up. I would not recommend all4one to anyone, and will never use their services again.

Got given a one4all digital card, I claimed it on the app but it never appeared. I contacted support and was asked the same two questions every two days, what email was used and what is your phone number, this went on for 2 weeks and then I was told the card has just disappeared into the ether now somehow (they admitted they could find it earlier on) and they couldn't help now I am out the full value of the card, I think they rely on this and offer poor assistance in the hopes people just give up and leave the money with them and increase there bottom line. Warning for people please don't use them as your staff never benefit from them!

I didn't get my money yet. I'm very disappointed with the whole procedure. The amount of calls I've made videos comment of time I've spent on this including friends colleges neighbour's and you've closed my account. I'm totally disappointed with one dmp all.
