Absolutely useless help given to me. I have raised numerous tickets to withdraw my funds as I have 960e in it. When I logon and go to my account it says zero. No help given by ye. USELESS

Avoid these cards. They can only be used in a very limited number of retailers as they charge such a high commission.

Awful, awful service. In good faith, I have bought two One4All gift cards and, days later, I am still waiting for an ID-Pal link to verify myself and activate the cards. The replies from One4All have not been helpful and have yielded no progress. They have now decided to mark the case "closed", even though I still do not have access to the cards.

"Terrible experience with One4all card"
The One4all gift card I got as a thank you gift from a friend had €60 loaded to it. It was refused 6 times when I tried to use it between Shaws and Boots so I called the One4all number for help. After much stress, I was told by one of their reps that they could refund me the €60 to my bank account. I had to send proof of everything to One4all to be told that they would have to deduct €8 off the value of €60 as the value of the card was over €50. I thought that was really ridiculous. Then they had major issues with how two loads were added to the card and they were asking me for the receipts of the card as if I would buy myself a thank you One4all card. I am going to go on the Joe Duffy show and tell his listeners about how difficult One4all have made what should have been a simple experience for me- to spend my gift and this situation still has not been resolved. I will never buy One4all cards again and I’ve been telling friends and family how bad this experience has been and I am advising everybody that they are a real pain and not worth it.

Super slechte service. Kaart werkt niet, maar krijg het geld niet terug. Hun leggen het probleem dan bij de klant of de winkel waar ik het probeer uit te geven. Belachelijk. Nooit meer.

I have never went around in circles trying to do something so much in my life. I cannot find my card details, I keep trying to press the 'eye' icon but it fails and tells me there is an 'authentication issue'. I will never use One4All again, it used to be easy and they have made it so difficult and frustrating to use. Furthermore I can't even find a number or email to seek help. Absolute disgrace.
UPDATE
It turns out it was my own stupidity here, I didn't have my lock screen turned on. Thank you for the reply. You should have an email or contact for people who have issues though. We shouldn't have to rely on writing these reviews.
