"One4All is simply a bank…"

So One4All is simply a stopover bank for them to earn interest in the funds that people don’t spend, that is if they can actually spend the gift money.
Firstly I tried to order a €250 gift card to send but it seems the most I could order was for €150. Then I tried to personalise and send and this is where it all went wrong. I was locked out of my account and had to call to try to get back in. When I was eventually allowed back in, I wasn’t able to personalise or send the gift card, So I called again and they came back a week later saying that the issue was resolved so I went on to my account and the issue was still the same - I had proof that I’d purchased the cards but still had no way of sending them to those I wanted to gift them to.
2 months had gone by so I simply asked for my money back and am being told that this could take 5 to 7 working days!!!!?????
Despite it only taking 5seconds for them to take my money of me.
So I will never venture into their website again as it has been one of the most frustrating experiences doubled with the fact that I’d informed the personI was to gift that they’d be receiving a gift for the work they did and they still haven’t received anything.

Terrible company. I have never successfully used an online voucher from them. Every excuse under the sun as to why the money can't be spent online or instore. Trying to download card to their wallet. Repeated codes sent to phone. None work. Help desk was no help.

Have been dealing with One4all over the last week and have found them to be extremely helpful and efficient, my issues were really just with me being a technophobe and they were very understanding and sorted my issues quickly and without fuss. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

"Forgotten pin"

I had 2 pin and chip cards that hadn’t been used for a while so their pins were forgotten. I emailed Customer Service and they came back to me with the pin info quite quickly. On top of that they refunded extra charges that had occurred during the year of which I was unaware. Overall, very professional, prompt and courteous.

Delighted to receive the voucher as a gift. Lots of options for spending the one4all voucher. Easy to change the online card to a physical card.

I am trying to spend this card and it did not work. I tried to check my balance beforehand and none of these work. I should still have the full balance- but who knows??? Tried texting, ringing and using website. It seems one4all tries to make it as difficult as possible for the customer to use these cards. This is a scam disguised as a legitimate business.

The website doesn't work when checking balance, and the phone number said 'unable to find you balance, please try again later'. I couldn't use it at the till for shopping.. Meanwhile, they'll keep docking 1.45 every month while its not being used(I realised it took a load off another card I'd gotten during covid when shops were closed).. I think this card is really bad and I don't recommend to anyone..
