"Horrendous App and useless customer service and app"

Horrendous customer service and app. Have spent ages trying add a second chip and pin but unable to as it won't let me erase the previous cards details 😤 customer service contacted and 4 replies exactly the same after explaining the issue. No help at all. Tbh just avoid the chip and pin system as all they do is bleed the money off the card as you can't use it. Been trying to sort it out since Oct 4th.

We were given a £50 voucher for a wedding present,.we spent half, then I had cancer treatment,.trying now to access the rest...can't!! No reply to my email, and can't access the balance no matter what I do. (Followed all procedures)

if u don't spend gift card they then deduct charges from you!! They steal your money.
The grandparents buy them for kids but its like throwing their money away. Absolute con!!!

They have replied trying to justify monthly charge. Why, they have got their money and its not costing them anything if u don't use the card. So difficult to spend in shops, can only spend exact amount rather than use as part payment. Sure they pocket all the little un spent balances as practically impossible to spend exact amount. I still say avoid. Not just me, look at their dreadful rating!!! Don't buy.

1.5 euros /month dormancy fees. If you have a couple of cards (4 in my case) that you have not used for 10 months, then 60euros is gone out of your pocket for nothing. The website is very hard to use. The app is much better.

I asked a question. I got an automatic reply saying that within 24 hours I would get an answer, next I got another reply saying that my case had been closed. Did I get a reply to my query? NO. Question remains unanswered.
