I lost my one4all card. As a long shot I contacted one4all. Between phone calls and e-mails, I had been in touch with 4 different one4all agents. Mario, Elena Q, Daniel and Hugo. So unclear how to buy physical cards from an online card. Unclear on website where to see balance. Ended up having to see card number and balance on phone app and using laptop to buy a chip and pin card as cannot do both on either the app or the website. Terrible customer experience

"If you don't use the card within 12…"

If you don't use the card within 12 months it starts depreciating. They take a so called "Card Managment" Fee of €1.45 every month until the balance is 0. Total rip-off.....

"The online version of the One4All card…"

The online version of the One4All card are really tricky to use. Most shops don’t think they can or won’t accept them as they want to tap function or a physical card - in my experience.

One4All have links to different websites too claiming that you can buy the gift card of the particular online store if they don’t accept One4All. Every time I tried this, I got an error message.

The app is really glitchy and although one or more cards might be associated with the account, you’ll get an error message when trying to view the card number, check your balance or just open the app. Very disappointing.

Also, the €50 online limit is quite limiting.

Have used One4All cards on many occasions and was always happy trying to use up these two online cards I got was really stressful.
