I got a one for all card as a birthday present but it somehow got damaged and shop assistants could not get it to read on the cash tills so I contacted one for all on line and they cam back to very promptly and requested some mor info which I supplied and now a replacement card is on its way very many thanks Emma

"The cards just dont work at all"
The cards just dont work at all. I had huge difficultly with a digital gift card, one year later i finally replace it with a chip and pin card only for that to be declined everywhere i try to use it. So so frustrating. I would avoid this card like the plague.

My sons company gave him a 1 for all card for a Christmas gift. 30 % of the value went on the € 1.45 per month fee they charge

Last year I received digital gift card and due to some issues along the way etc. I was not able to use it regular way and had to reclaim physical cards etc. Same story this year I received digital card and I contacted one4all customer service team (Emma D) who was very quick to respond and action my request so professionally that I was blown away. Thank you Emma D. for being super kind and for resolving my request super quick and super professionally.
