"Awful"

Awful. So hard to use. More often then not they won’t work or are not accepted. Also charge a monthly fee when not used. Got one as a Xmas gift and did not get half of the value

"Clueless customer support."

I tried the card in my local Tesco yesterday and today, it was declined on both occasions,
I phoned one 4 all customer care and I was told the first time that problem was with Tesco, the second time I was told it’s a system problem,
Frankly I’m embarrassed by this and I’m reluctant to try again in my local Tesco,
I will be telling my employer to forget about these cowboys next Christmas!
The children on customer care haven’t a clue what’s happening!
Terrible experience!
Update: card declined again today 15-12-22
Bullsh1t excuse from customer service,
They offered to replace the card but I won’t have a replacement until after Christmas!
Avoid this outfit at all costs!

"Pin reset ."

I had forgotten my pin and emailed customer service for help.
I had sent wrong card details and when I tried the correct card, I got some numbers mixed up but got sorted out when I sent correct number. Whole process took a couple of hours despite the mix ups. Thanks to Emma from customer service for the patient handling of my case

I would love to give 0 stars they are that bad!!!

Different card's declined the last 2 days but money came off both and now the amounts are Pending!! I had to pay with my credit card today because they wouldn't work and now the app isn't working!!!

It's the same every year!! This is definitely my last time using them

Had an issue with a chip and pin card. Pin wouldn't send to phone. Contacted them to try sort out. They were able to deal with it straight away. Wish I had done it earlier in the year.

Tried to use the card today but it was declined twice. I called one4all, the first time I was told the shop assistant did not treat the card like a debit card and instead the detail put in at the till was as a gift card. The second time I called one4all I was told that there is an issue with their system and it will take three hours to fix. Which is it?
Very disappointed. I was given a gold card by my employer, not a good option, should be a simple thing to work but unfortunately not.

Avoid at all costs, hidden reducing balance with charges even through Covid. Shameful practice.

I had lost/forgotten my PIN and asked for it to be sent to the registered phone number. The issue was resolved, and I received my PIN today, but it took 3 days.

In response to my earlier review below One4All customer service contacted me to apologise and refund my expired card. I have softened my view somewhat as customer care response was good and fair.

Absolutely dreadful gift card - people gift thinking they are giving something worthwhile- difficult to check balance and wait for it…. €1.45 monthly charge if you don’t clear balance in 12 months from purchase date!!! - bearing in mind that the person who received the gift is not the one who purchased it and card could’ve been purchased well before they actually received the gift… this would be easy to fix by just stating ‘card must be used by expiry date’… but they wouldn’t be able to scam money that legitimate way!!
