Hi thankfully after a week I can use my One 4 all card. Common sense was used and I was allowed to email my ID to them. However this is ID Pal is hopeless. It did not recognise my passport or driving licence. ID should not be required. We are not talking about Debit or Credit cards. Thx to the person in One 4 Aĺl who sorted things for me. But the whole process needs to be much simpler.

Have spent 2x 30min trying to get through by phone.
On third attempt after 25 min get a human with bad english that cant find the order. This company is a joke, NEVER AGAIN.

One of the worst gifts your employer will give you.
You have money that is difficult to spend because most places don't accept it. Got 3 cards and now have a problem. Can't transfer to Revolut, spend on petrol, or on the food shops I use. If this is not enough about 20% of the time the digital card refuses to work entirely (I checked in multiple places multiple times). It was not an issue with my phone or the Internet. Other times in the same places is working fine.

Close to legalised theft. Do not buy from this company. If you really don't know what to buy the recipient of your gift just give them the cash.
As most of us would have been given vouchers in the past we would realise that sometime vouchers are put in a drawer and forgotten about, then eventually the voucher would be found and often expired. The company could then pocket that cash for nothing. The government finally realised that was unfair practice and put legislation in place to stop this. However, one4all have a clever way around it, they will simply charge a monthly fee for not spending your gift card within the first 12 months. Eventually they have taken the balance. . Don't let one4all take the balance as they see fit, it is money you gifted to your friend, loved one or other. Plus, cash is not limited to those few companies that will deal with one4all.

I have been trying to validate my digital gift card for the last few days unsuccessfully. Have emailsed Customer Services three times & they keep replying saying my issue has been resolved - it hasn't 😡

Well I contacted them to tell them that a card had been charged but hadn’t actually gone through at the retailer…They r mailed me back to tell me it had been resolved yet the money has gone off my card so I’m down 69 euros…Terrible customer service I have been saving a Christmas club with them since 2012 I cancelled for next year…Don’t bother with them useless

"One4all is absolutely terrible"

One4all is absolutely terrible. I would never use this service or recommend it to anyone. My cards where ordered on the 29th Nov and I didn't receive them until 12th December. Apparently, they went missing in the post. I spend hours ringing customer service, was told they would call back and never did. I eventually got my cards activated and to my surprise all of them where declined, despite having funds! This was so embarrassing at and caused huge distress at the tills for other customers..these vouchers where a Christmas savings scheme which has turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend one4all to anyone. Disgraceful service.
