"Unsatisfactory Customer Service"

I have had an unfortunate unpleasant experience with the One for All customer service team and I was very disappointed with the service that I have received as of late.


Unfortunately, the digital card I received as of late could not be saved onto my account because I had saved the card under an old password and even after changing my password in an attempt to access the card, the card was unfortunately still inaccessible.

The One for All customer service team kept sending me unwanted password change emails. These emails were extremely unnecessary as that was not the issue. The amount of emails I received to correct a problem that I did not have was astounding.

After many emails, One for All told me that I could replace my digital card to a physical card and I have passed on my details for this transition.

This issue could have been solved much more quickly had One for All solved my problem from the beginning and didn’t attempt to solve a problem that did not exist.

I hope future customers have better experiences with One for All’s customer service teams. Unfortunately, the service I received from the customer service team was enough to put me off from purchasing from One for All again.

"Nothing but problems"

Never again. I get caught every time at the tills saying transaction complete but then the clerk says it was declined. Using my own money then to complete the purchase. Very annoying. Then O4A taking monthly €1.45 off one I have that's over a year old. That shouldn't be allowed.

Despite ordering my vouchers in good time, they never arrived in time for Christmas. I let a decent amount of time pass giving the busy time that's in it. They were dispatched promptly but for an unknown reason never reached me. While One4all did their job, Emma sympathised with me and offered me a refund, and was prompt in doing so. Five stars for Emma 🌟

"Absolutely shocking"

Absolutely shocking, the worst gift card system ever. What was so wrong with the old way!!! Can't load the digital gift card to my Android phone. They are losing business fast to applications like Swirl which is fantastic compared to this shambles.

"Ridiculous verification system"

Ridiculous verification system. Have to submit your passport and a selfie to prove your identity to use a voucher. It was a gift for my mother who could not figure it out

"maintenance fee rip off"

Got a card as a gift from someone with about €40 - but checked it recently to find they charged a maintenance fee over the year and discovered only €7 left. This is an absolute scam- i swear i will never use their pathetic gift cards again.

"SCAM"

SCAM! I bought a gift card from one4all, used it to purchase another gift card from THEIR website. Received a confirmation with xbox gift card activation codes...which did not work. I emailed, only to find out they can't help me. SHAME on these companies

"Awful experience"

Given a gift card by my employer Went to use it in Lifestyle and checked beforehand they accept One for All. It was refused twice so now 2 payments are pending and chewing up my balance. I wasnt aware and had to use my own cash - twice as it was refused due to these pending transactions. Called them and was initially told that it takes 3 days to come back. On day 5, it still wasnt sorted so called again and its now 7 working days before the money is back on the card - so cant use it for Christmas. Had problems last year too. The One for All is unusable. Prepaid Mastercard is the only way to go.
