Digital cards are very hard to use so decided to convert to physical cards. Very hard to find out how to do it and you have to use two different websites to access the data and then buy the cards. Process very complicated and hard to work out. Make it simple, please!

My daughter received a 40 Euro All4 One gift card for Christmas 2022, the card was purchased in November of 2022. We went to a shop to use the 40 euro that was supposed to be on the card. We told lady at the till that, until it was rejected as the amount we told her that was on the card wasn't enough. So we text your balance number to be texted back to be told that 32 euro is on the card. Are people being penalised and charged for not using the card.. if do its a scam and a joke...
And if and before you reply back...no the card wasn't used to purchase anything ....it's a scam..

I would have left zero stars but that was not an option! These people are a complete rip off and should be out of business! I get €200 gift card each Christmas from a family member but unfortunately I am a wheelchair user living in the country and cannot make it freely out to the shops! I contacted One4all last year and customer service was a joy to deal with and put the amount onto my debit card no questions asked, however this year has been a complete nightmare, after emailing for 3 weeks in a row I get a response back yesterday and now One4all say they were bought as part of a cooperate order, Yes my poor mother spent the whole year paying off €200 from the Celtic hampers just to afford these cards for me which she did last year! Whoever is sitting behind the screen in “Customer Service” just wants to be a grinch and couldn’t care less about the ordinary person … Bit of advice for One4all, “update your customer service team” … I will be telling everyone I know not to purchase these scam cards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My card which has a €150 balance is rejected.Rang...reassured that a new card will work..got that ..same thing..no chip and pin on it so cannot register it...twice embarrassed in a line of shoppers...waited over two weeks for reissued card ..still won't work..no customer service to give correct info or help.So fed up.all the shop assistants and owners could write a book on the upset customers they have had with a similar experience and AN POST are equally to blame for advertising and selling these defective and unreliable products.

I emailed One4all yesterday because the gift card that I was given from my employer for Christmas was in my maiden name and all my ID docs. are in my married name. Within 24 hours the whole matter has been resolved and I received my PIN so ready for action. It couldn't have been easier. The staff are really great.
