Received this on 1st Oct for my birthday, checked the balance a month later, and had £30, when I went to make a purchase online it wouldn't allow me to. When I went to check the balance again, it wouldn't recognize my 16-digit number. Tried this about 10 times, but nothing worked. Avoid

"Cards are faulty"

I tried to get my Tesco order for home delivery with them, they preapproved the payment and everything went through online so I thought everything was fine, and there was more than enough money on the card, but in the end it didn't work and the unfortunate Tesco staff had to return everything to the shelves that they had gathered. Why did One4All pre-approve the transaction if there was a problem? This isn't the first time this has happened to me with one of these cards but usually I'm face to face so I can give them my bank card when it fails. It's a real problem because often you'll go somewhere you don't particularly want to go because it's one of the few places that accepts the cards, and then the card doesn't work so you either have to tell them to never mind, or you figure you spend so much time getting there and picking out the item that you might as well buy it with your own money. I'd rather half the money in cash than twice the money on one of these cards.

I encountered few difficulties with ID verification, probably because there was a very very busy period, just before Christmas. Despite that everybody was on holidays until New Years Eve, they continued to work and help me clear it up. Hence, my advice: do not let yourself worried about delays, if any. They will definitely solve your queries!

Considering it was during the Christmas period when I emailed one 4all, I got a quick response, and information on how to try and fix my issue that I was having, this information was helpful and resolved my issue. I had follow up emails from One4all which was very reassuring. Overall an excellent service.

"Avoid at all costs"

Avoid at all costs! biggest waste of time ever, continuously declined by retailers. Cannot use if the quantity on the card is less than the value of the purchase. i.e. cannot supplement payment. Can only use to 50€ limit online. I was really annoyed at Supervalu earlier when the card was declined twice with no reason. The card value also devalues over time if not used. However, it is very difficult to use and seems to be setup so that it's impossible to use what is left on the card. We stopped purchasing these cards for family members due to the above issues, and I really hope our company shortly follows suit.
On a positive, they have a very good customer service department, and will do their best to help.

Had an issue where I sent my vouchers to the wrong email but Wendy was able to help me out and get them sent to my correct email. The communication was perfect and she had everything resolved much faster than I anticipated. Fantastic customer service by Wendy!!?

My case is not resolved at all. I got the promise of new cards is all and I was asked for a review by the online chat which I said I would do later when my cards work. I got a new email to start the process again.

Two €50 cards gone on the stupid card fees. Was left in my child's piggy bank and when they went to buy something imagine the embarrassment. Shocking.
