"Where can I use my One4all Let's Eat card"
I wanted to know where my One4all Let's eat card could be used. I decided to use the helpline phone number but it is no longer in use. The response to my email query was that I needed to activate the card. When I tried to do so I found that activation only applies to Chip and PIN cards and mine was not one of those. On going through a list of restaurants Tesco was listed. I don't think Tesco has restaurants so I emailed a request asking if the card could be used in Tesco stores. (None of the restaurants are near where I live.) This is the answer I received: Let me kindly advise you that is just possible spent the card in restaurants (online and store). I still do not know if the card can be used in Tesco and I feel very aggrieved. My search for help began on 9th January 2023 and the email I received on the 12th is the one quoted above.

Virtual card wouldn't work. Their solution was for me to buy a physical card, they took their percentage fee and charged P&P. This was after trying the virtual card (1) in store, (2) over the phone and again (3) in another store. 2 and 3 at their suggestion, after about 2 hours of calls they blamed the store tills until I told them Id used a physical card instore. Then they dropped the pretense of that as a problem but couldn't solve anything at all

Simple question asked re when site would be functional, generic (automatic?) email sent to me asking for card number etc. no need for these details as only wanted to know when the site working again. Impersonal, automated? Not relevant questions asked.

Absolutely atrocious experience..this is my 3rd time receiving a digital one4all gift card and it's absolutely anxiety inducing trying to deal with all the problems that the app throws up. I had to walk away from my Items in store as the app failed in every possible way to do the MOST BASIC things it's supposed to do...the last two times I got this gift required multiple calls to customer service just to use the blasted thing..its Actually a horrible experience as a gift I would never ever ever gift one of these to anyone

What a nightmare of a gift I had so much trouble activating the card that my boyfriend gave to me for Christmas. Number the Id pal Link that they said you didn't work in my area and number two I had to ring them 3 times to eventually get it sorted and it costs me 15euro in mobile credit by the time I was done. Number three only 5 shops in my area accepts these cards.

Customer service is atrocious. condescending replies and customer "care" team not signing replies when suits. Spelling mistakes and issue dragging on 6 weeks with simple requests not being accommodated. Beyond a joke.

I am so sorry that I got this as a gift for Christmas avoid buying them at all costs .The hassle trying to get a pin it's going on since the 22nd of December. I sent all the details of the card , a clear photo of my passport and now they want a selfie and still no pin.I downloaded the app uploaded the card but you need a pin to use the card .The hours wasted it really isn't worth the hassle a dreadful experience .Today 10.01.23 still no pin .Avoid at all costs
