"Misleading website."

One4all refused to take the store in question down off there website when I informed that the store wouldn’t accept there voucher but I contacted advertising standards of Ireland and now they had to take it down.
Advise contact advertising standards off Ireland if you have similar problem.


Case CS9475525
I purchased a voucher because One4all advertised that a certain store accepted them .
When I went to use it the store informed me they didn’t accept the one4all voucher for the last 2 years .
I informed One4all over 3 weeks ago and they won’t remove the store from the website.
This is just misleading people and how many other stores do they advertise that don’t accept them .
Don’t trust there website.

"poor experience"

My digital cards wouldn't work in the shops...kept saying I had insufficient funds when I had 200 euro on them. Tried ordering the physical card...wouldnt let me order them on line. Called customer service...less than impressive guy on the phone who sounded like he was half asleep. I FINALLY figured out that I had to order cards in 50 euro amounts....why your customer service guy couldn't tell me this?????
Anyway....have now got 4 cards ordered....just a ridiculous system. Takes all the joy out of the gift to be honest. Will never purchase for anyone in the future

"I spoke with somebody on the team on…"

I spoke with somebody on the team on Wednesday and I have to say it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, he was so rude and obnoxious it actually got to the point of being upsetting. Every Christmas we spend thousands on One4all cards for our employees but after this experience on Wednesday we will not be issuing our staff members with One4all cards again. Absolutely shocking customer service!!!!!

If Carlsberg created appalling customer service.....

After four and a half months from the purchase of a non existent online card, with regular non answered messaging to the company, we just wish we had contacted their parent company Blackhawk Network and the Financial Services Ombudsman much earlier in the process to get our money back earlier than we finally just have.

If you have a friend or relative that you begrudgingly feel obliged to get a gift for, don't make it easy for them with cash or a bank transfer, get them a grief voucher instead.

If one4all had advertised their woeful Trustpilot score, my barge pole would have remained secure in the shed.

They clearly learn nothing nor change anything from 1 star review after 1 star review which make up 70% of their reviews.

With hindsight we should have been charging their customer service department with a monthly inactivity fee.

If it helps the poor embarrassed employee that has to keep acknowledging and answering these dire reviews with corporate cut and paste remorse, maybe I can assist them with something meaningless like,

"Hi Steve. Our sincere apologies for your issues which deeply disappoint us. We have logged your feedback internally for review."

As an edit for your reply I'm amazed you have to ask me details to check the status of the case. The case number is the title of the review. After four and a half months we now have our refund. If you need more information feel free to reply to any of the countless e-mails you have received in the above case number CS9266108 (title of this review) which you also gave ID 261092, rather than going via Trustpilot, unless you were hoping there was no reply to Trustpilot so you could then seek to have this review removed?

"The new Activating System of a One4All…"

The new Activating System of a One4All gift card is absolutely atrocious and a nightmate to do and so difficult so set up.
I went to pay for a hotel stay last week and was over an hour trying to activate the card with my sister helping me, we are both OAP's.
We were still in the lobby as this stage as we were not allowed enter our room until it was paid for. I ended up having to use my spending cash to pay so had nothing left to spend. I had saved hard for this break away and was left stressed and exhausted after this ordeal.
Never again do I want or will I buy a One4ALL CARD for a present.
People should buy a ALLGO Card it's ready to use immediately with nk registration needed.
Very disappointed and will never request or buy a one4all card again.
