"Absolute garbage"

Absolute garbage. Difficult to use, wont work when trying to scan in many shops, do not buy these for anyone. Waaaaay too much hassle. Would give zero if I could.

Disaster card. Avoid at all costs and just give someone the physical cash to spend where they want. 4 months later and I'm still struggling to get the digital card spent anywhere.

As a first time user I found it a little hard to navigate. I was buying gift cards for twins, so needed two with different 'Happy Birthday' cards, but there was no easy path to follow. I eventually discovered by scrolling down and trial and error I should choose the card first, then complete the details and message. I should have done two different transactions so they each got an envelope in the post, but only realised this at checkout, and I'd already completed the details quite a few times by then.

It kills me to give them even one star. I HATE receiving them. They are such a hassle to try and use. Have just spent an hour with two of the most patient, helpful and tech savvy assistants in Harvey Norman who tried absolutely everything possible to get a digital One4All voucher to load into the wallet on an android phone. NOTHING worked. In the end, the sales assistant offered to try using his iPhone and it finally worked. What an ordeal.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. If you set out to design a process to produce a gift card that is very hard to use then One4All you've achieved your goal. Horrendous is all I can say. Using it online is very difficult as a lot of online stores won't accept whatever payment process is being used even though the O4A app approves the transaction. Using it instore requires a lot of phone app jiggery pokery and you have to be aware of min spend limits. It's just awful.
