I am so pleased with the excellent service I received today from Emma. This has restored my faith in One4All. I am so glad you have listened to customers and put an excellent customer service support model in place.

I have a couple of O4A digital cards which I have exchanged for points at my employer's recognition programme, getting chip and pin physical card was not possible. Cards value between 20 to 100 EUR each. In total over 400eur. Today at Tesco made shopping for 192 EUR. It was impossible to pay for this with O4A, I have ended paying 92 from my bank card and Tesco store manager allowed only for one card of 100 EUR to be used, they have not allowed to pay for total shopping with more than one O4A voucher. Same thing happened last week at other Tesco. Do not make the same mistake of gifting anyone O4A, as other people said it's a pain, loads of hassle and frankly it's not worth it.

"Company Steals Balance from Card"

Company engages in theft. You receive a card as a gift and they deduct a fee, essentially draining the balance back into their coffers. Never mind the cards being almost impossible to use online.

AVOID giving as gifts! My kids saved their credit - being thrifty… but alas
one 4 all take €1.45 each month out of their credit… if you do not use your card before the ‘anniversary date of purchase date’. Imagine the cynical thinking behind that one.
This charge is part of their microscopic terms and conditions so the card quite literally loses value each month in your wallet.
Or in this case my kids’s wallets.
Just checked the balances on their cards - given as birthday treats and one 4 all have successfully taken away every cent - zero balance left in their cards x 5.
Also, if that wasn’t bad enough you cannot use balance on your card to make a purchase unless balance covers the entire amount!!! One 4 all is a clever marketing scam and retailers should not support it. Please do not reply one 4 all as you are fully aware of the vast profits you are making on the back of those who give gifts from the heart.

If there was a "0 star" I would have clicked that as 1 star is too good! A complete waste of time, energy and money. Hardly any shops take them, and the ones that do make it so awkward and difficult that it becomes a nightmare to spend them. Never again will I purchase them or recommend them to anyone.

"Everything went wrong"

Everything went wrong, I was given a oneforall code from my broadband provider and I thought great, until I tried to use the code, no were takes it, so I cantact onefor all who say download the wallet from the playstore and use it in participating store, only I get an error when trying to sign up an account that says something went wrong, be patient with us while we fix, remove app and tried downloading again and same issue... then I decide to review, and I see 2 and a half stars and need I say more, that explains that it's really bad and useless, the app doesn't work and now I'm left trying to call them again for support... stay clear of oneforall for anything, cards, physical or digital if you ask me... terrible product, and even worse support according to reviews.
