"Redemption Delays/"In Review" Times"
First couple of times exchanging my One4All cards for other virtual cards on the website went great and quickly. But now my last redemption seems to be perpetually "in review" and I can not receive the activation link. No longer very happy with the service.

We got a few all4one cards last year for our wedding. There was a charge on each card and the balance is 0 on most of the cards now. We never had a chance to use them.

"One4all charges -What a scam"
I just found an unused One4all voucher for €40 sent by my car insurance company Zurich during Covid.I wasn’t naive enough to think there was still €40 on it but when I checked it was €3.75. One4all pocketed €36.25 in inactivity charges. The front of the card says it is valid until 04/2025 but how can that be possible as One4all will have siphoned off the whole card balance in charges long before that? I know I’m going to get some cynical corporate response that this is line with their T&Cs from their PR people. It’s unfortunate that the legislation on gift cards didn’t crack down on this sharp practice. Corporations should seriously reconsider dealing with this kind of unethical operator so it doesn’t impact on their own brand reputation.

Absolutely brutal, nothing but hassle. The card would go through at the till, it also would not allow me to register it online. This happened at Christmas too, stay away from these cards.

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"
I am so tired of big companies taking money to provide a service and then not providing that service.
I received 2 ONE4ALL gift cards for €100 when I tried using them, they were declined. They were not loaded at point of sales. Yet the money was accepted. Where is the €200 the post office received for the gift cards because the cards have not been loaded. The one4all customer service want receipts but gift givers do not give receipts with the gifts.
I understand before the cards are sold they are unloaded and in a status of 'not yet issued' on the system. What I do not understand is that when they are sold why they are not loaded at point of sale, it is the customers fault the retailer does not put the money handed to them on the card.
ONE4ALL alluded to me that because these cards are easily accessible in retailers they may have been stolen. My friends do not steal!
Whay can they not see what card is handed out, the card has a unique number which should be the vital detail they need to locate the card. Being in possession of the card should be proof that payment was made.
Two people who wanted to wish me happy birthday paid money in good faith that a service would be provided. They failed to provide this service and I will be taking this further.
Do not buy one4all.

Such a job to register the card !!! as we are not very good with tech and smart phones etc.
Talked to other people who had the same experience.
Have told my boss never to give me one4 all cards again!!!
We have not even got to the stage of being able to use it yet.

Excellent service from Wendy, I had an issue using my on line card, so I contacted them via Messenger and in less than 24hours they are sending me a card I can use in the post. Thank you
