"Awful experience"

Awful experience. They pend my transaction for 20h and then cancelled it. And said they’ll give me refund in 5-7 working days. But I had to make a gift this morning (and it’s evening now). I chose this website only because it was all online so supposed to be easy and quick. Now I have to spend the same money again somewhere else. I’ve missed the time to give a gift and have no idea will I see my money back or not. And they don’t even put the understandable reason for cancellation.
I’ve never been disappointed in any purchase in my life that much!!! Extremely angry and upset!!!!!

"One4All is stealing my money"

I actually hate leaving reviews but I felt I needed to leave this one. My previous employer got me a Christmas bonus of €300 in an One4All voucher and my (then) 2 year old son, then threw it into the fire while it was still in the envelope. I contact one4all immediately to inform them what had happened and that was over 2 & HALF YEARS AGO.
I have constantly contacted them over the last two years (I literally have kept every single correspondence) and I am getting ignored, then if they do answer they copy and paste some nonsense into an email and then send it to me on repeat - when they actually bother to reply. The latest lady Sarah essentially just told me unless the other members of the team register out of the 3 remaining cards on the list (which are also probably lost if they have not registered by now 2.5 years later) they are going to keep MY MONEY.
I have tried to contact my old employer for a list of the employees that he bought the cards for and they have changed hands in the mean time completely new management so there is literally no way of getting a list of the employees that were on that list.
I am disgusted at one4all, an employee of there's basically told me they going to steal MY MONEY. I am now going to write a bad review everywhere because 2 years to be chasing this is disgusting. I also work in a university close to me and I will be pulling one4all from our procurement there as well.

How many one 4 all gift cards can you purchase at one time ?
Went into Tesco to purchase 6 as gifts for children at the end of school term and was told they could only sell one individually and not in multiples as it was company policy ?
How ridiculous is that !

My wife had forgotten her PIN for her card - Wendy from customer service provided a replacement, very quickly and with no hassle.

It's the worst present that you can get ,one4all make it so difficult to access the card ,also it's very difficult to create an account ,meanwhile the card is deprecating in value all the time.

"daylight robbery"

after what i believe was a govermnetproposal to stop vouchers going out of date its hard to believe that one for all took 12 euro out of my giftcard as i hadnt used it for 18 months, a yearly fee maybe but a month1.45 fee is robbery .
rest of the online process was good to be fair!

SCAM ALERT!!
Complete scam, many of the stores and platforms listed in the site do not accept the card, do not buy this gift card!! And plus if y don't use it for one 1 they start taking money out of it!!

One4All is a fantastic company to deal with. I had problems trying to buy my gift card (my own fault) but One4All did everything possible to help me.
