When redeeming gift card could see no way of spending instore with a physical card, I am not able to do any apps after initially cussed sender for choice of gift card provider, luckily I had brainwave mentioning problem on Twitter.

From May onwards Wendy has been super dupa organising physical cards through post on three separate occasions, super quick responses.

Never get a digital card. They make it so difficult for you to pay that you would give up. That way they can take a monthly charge off your card for inactivity.Never again.

I have had to spend hours setting up the app and still have errors. Worst gift can have.

I am not sure how this company is allowed to operate for so long. These cards are not accepted anywhere - I tried countless online and offline stores, none of them would accept this card. Mind you, there are all listed on One4All website as places that accept it.

Worst company ever and clearly running a scam business, inc. charging monthly maintenance fee on cards that nobody is able to spend anywhere.

Stay away.

I have purchased this gift card for so many friends and family members over the last few years, being of the opinion that this was a wonderful gift! Then, I received one some time ago as a personal gift. I did not use it for some time and when I did, I found the whole process laboured and difficult to activate and use. I then realised that a fee was charged monthly for card dormancy of €1.45, which translated into a significant amount of money being taken from my card, reducing substantially the original value of the gift card. Ultimately, I will NEVER purchase this card again. Alternatively, I can purchase a gift card from a retail unit of my choice, without a purchasing fee of €2 and maintain the full shopping value of the gift card as purchased, until expenditure is complete, unlike One4all. I have advised everyone I know of this issue and continue to do so. This is not obvious for the customer and not in the interest of positive retail. Fundamentally, an unethical process.

The iD Pal link is total BS, if you are in the business of laundering money in amounts below E500 it's time you tried something else. This is just government wanting to know where every Euro is going. Never again with these stupid overcomplicated cards.
