"Doesn't work and support seems like hidden camera prank"

I have two gift cards and I could only use them online. Well, not use in full meaning, as I couldn't use my €100 card as it allows up to €50 per order, so I needed to make three separate orders and pay for shipping three times instead of once.
Virtual cards didn't work in any store they advertise it would work, and when I contacted their support I received answers completely irrelevant to my questions. However, they might have real problems with their support system as they were addressing me as "Hi --strCDA_266_field_1_2--", so I assume that their ticketing system is a mess.
However, barely usable so rather send someone money on Revolut or give them cash in envelope, because this simply doesn't work and money is wasted in full or just partially.

Had a difficult experience with 3 online cards and left my review here. One4All contacted me and posted out a physical card with the 3 online cards combined on it. Thank you for the response and resolution

"My 150 EUR useless"

My 150 EUR One4all gift card is useless. Dunnes and Amazon not supported. Limited retailers and shops to spend.

Honestly the worst thing U could possibly get someone for Christmas, 200 on a gold card and can't even activate it had to ring 3 times and got no help eventually got to my I. D and in still waiting to be verified 12 , 24 hours wait time for a SMS text with a code, load of my ..... if U ask me just active the card and let me use the thing Jesus Christ totally useless support, think Yous update the site since there's tousands of people with the same issue, and you'd thing they'd be able to help activate it for U when U ring but nooo they make U start again 🤣 joke

"Terrible gift to inflict on someone"

Terrible gift to inflict on someone. I can only access the gift card with the app (now my default wallet!) and still cannot retrieve the card details - the number - so I can't use it for online spending as I had intended. Truly idiotic set up, not as good a gift as it seems, and definitely NOT One 4 All.
In response to the reply from One4All - I tried all that, on your website and with the app. It doesn't work. The details do not show up. My system meets your stated requirements. I had to telephone and order a physical card! The problem is with your systems, not me.

"Great customer service"

I had 3 digital cards with different amounts in that I kept forgetting to use as I don't really pay with my phone or shop much online, I reached out to the customer service and they sent me a physical card regrouping the total amount of my 3 cards. They replied within 24hours, and received the card that same week. They even waived the fee to transfer to a physical card.
Great experience.

"One4all Ecards not working"

I got three one4all ecards from my company, one of them is worth 150Eur. I was able to use the cards both in store and on line until Sep-23, then suddenly I could not pay by one4all cards any longer: it keeps declining the transactions both in stores and on line.
I have been charged Eur1.45 management fees for the last 4 months in one of them, due to inactive card.
I contacted customer services and they told me that if I want they can transfer the cards balance to my bank account for 8Eur Fee per card (total of 24Eur).
That is absolutely unfair since the fact that the cards are not working anymore is absolutely out of my control.
They did not do any type of investigation.
Very negative experiences I will not recommend to purchase One4all vouchers to anyone!!!

"Most appalling registration process…"

Most appalling registration process ever!!! Clearly the intent is to discourage card owners from registering. I’ve a gold card for 200 euro. Almost impossible to register an account, error message doesn’t explain what the issue was. After so many attempts, tried to register the card and the 4 pre populated digits are different from those in the card and cannot change them. Really poor experience overall. Still haven’t managed to register and, again, I’ve to waste my time contacting their customer care. Awful experience. To be avoided!

"Beware, avoid at all costs"

Purchased £15 gift card 15.11.23 on 16.11.23 money was debited from card leaving nil balance, some kind of scam going on here, i will use a reputable gift card in future. BEWARE
