"Painfully difficult to activate"
Painfully difficult to activate. Frustrating in the extreme. I spent the best part of two hours trying to activate the card. Unsuccessfully. Both through the app and through the web browser.

"Blocked from site when checking balance…"
Blocked from site when checking balance of more than 5 cards. Sent two feebacks in on their website and heard nothing back. Same situation when I checked balance on line with laptop - if I check balance on more than 5 cards it locks me out.

"The abysmally poor customer service"
The abysmally poor customer service.
Asked them to have a supervisor ring me to deal with a problem on my card.
No one bothered. Spent hours trying to have an issue resolved.

"This is the biggest ripoff ever"
This is the biggest ripoff ever, I got a gift card from my work , I tried spending it and then realized you have to use it in stores and restaurants that are listed So basically it’s limited… I’ll be making a comment back our HR department to make sure that we don’t get screwed over by this one again…

"A Complete Joke"
I purchased 81 cards with €60 on each, and One4All bungled the order twice. Communication during the resolution process was abominable and inconsistent, with each e-mail response being from a different person, and critical order decisions each taking a week to make. The support centre is obviously outsourced and has little or no communication with the main office.
I placed my original order and got a tracking number, no problem there. The package didn't move for a week, so I called An Post who confirmed they never received it. It was clear the package had never left the One4All offices. I called One4All and their menu system kept returning me back to the main menu when I sought Customer Service (red flag #1). I then e-mailed One4All asking if they could confirm the package had shipped and got two responses with different ticket numbers (red flag #2), each saying they had no way of confirming the package was sent, and could only cancel the cards and re-issue them or issue a refund (red flag #3).
Despite the flags, I chose for the cards to be re-issued, with One4All saying it would take 5-7 days for delivery. This is a protracted response time, but nonetheless it went ahead.
The next day, the original card order arrived in the post. I can only assume that only after I complained did someone realise (or was informed) that the package hadn't been sent, and posted it without checking if the order was still valid or whether there was an open ticket relating to it. I e-mailed One4All and they confirmed those cards were now invalid.
On the eighth day after requesting a re-issue of the cards (a Friday), I requested a cancellation of the order since the re-issued cards had not arrived. One4All responded saying, essentially, to wait. They did not confirm if my request to cancel would be upheld.
The cards arrived the following Monday and turned out to be invalid. I can only guess that someone else in the support centre saw my request to cancel the cards, didn't check the status with anyone else (if they are even tracking these tickets, who knows?) and went ahead and cancelled the cards. I managed to get through to Customer Service on the phone, where the agent took the details of the order and promised to call me back 15 minutes later with a clarification. They never called me back.
I have requested a refund of our nearly €5,000 order. We will not be using One4All again.

"Have tried in vain to register a chip…"
Have tried in vain to register a chip and pin card for over 2 hours this evening but to no avail.
There is no captcha button so the sign in keeps failing. I've tried 4 browsers on 2 devices so that's not the problem.
The website is a complete joke. My Employer gave me a card with €500 on it and honestly it can stay there I'm so frustrated by a process that should be simple.
BTW, don't bother responding with your generic responses.

"So much hassle"
I got a gift card as a Christmas bonus from work and was delighted to be able to do my Christmas shopping early. However, the voucher had to be activated by uploading my ID (...all this for €200??). Then the app wasn't working to upload ID and no customer service available at the weekend. When I phoned on Monday, friendly customer service reps activated the card and now I have to wait 1 day to receive a PIN for the gift card. Absolutely ridiculous process, so much hassle, and definitely not what my employer envisaged when giving me a gift card as a bonus.

"Unreliable, poor service, limited use"
Electronic cards do not always work. I purchased 5 cards with 200 on each, firstly none worked then after a week they got 2 to work. Still waiting on the remaining 3 to work. Had issues as well last Christmas but thought id give them a second chance. Never again will i use them.
