"Would not recommend One4all"
How this company is still in business is beyond belief. Have received numerous One4all digital and physical cards and have had nothing but issues with cards. Digital cards work for awhile and for no reason monies no longer on card !! Took me over a month to get issue resolved !! Would like to know where money is in the meantime and who has access to it. Also issue with physical card today 18th January 24, bought items in large know store in Dublin, paid with card, transaction went through. Bought other items in same store within an hour and card was declined !! Central Bank of Ireland should be looking into this company and how it does not follow financial rules and regulations. How money disappears from Digital card and physical card declined. Staff member in store also said they have nothing but problems with One4all cards. They also advise elderly customers to use cards asap and not to hold on to them. Would not recommend One4all and very suspicious of how company is run.

"Joke of a website."
I tried multiple times to check my balance. After each failed attempt I was told there was an issue with ReCaptcha and to refresh the page. After following the instructions and multiple more failed attempts I was blocked from the website. One4All? More like None4All. I can proudly say I will never purchase another one of these cards nor will I advise anyone does. Absolute joke of a company, shameful stuff.

I activated my card on the 11th January 24.Im still waiting on my pin to be sent via sms. I've emailed 3 times, only to receive the same standard reply that it's been sent. I need to use this card and shouldn't have to wait for days!!

Customer service is prompt and excellent in my experience. I had a card stolen/lost over the weekend (thankfully chip and pin) and was able to cancel it immediately with my email address as I hadn't kept a record of my card. Ordering a new card was simple enough for a €5 fee (taken from balance). Using the card is simple and straightforward. Some vendors have put a cap on max amount (Schuh for example) but that is beyond the control of One4All

"Unreasonable fees."
I received an One4All gift card. Took my time getting to use it. Checked the balance and it was zero due to "Fee:Card Management" steadily depleting the balance. Empty gifts leave a bitter taste.

This is a useless gift & not worth the hassle. Your personal details are required with absolutely no guarantee that they are safe & secure & from my own experience I was instantly tracked when I uploaded my email.
Even when you go through the process which is intrusive and completely unnecessary the card fails to work in many cases. Utterly unacceptable and questionable practice of private data misuse, time for trading standards to investigate.

Disaster of a company. Tried to use card at a Screwfix store but their card machine would not accept it. Tried contacting One4All with no success both by text and email.
Avoid there cards and this company, nothing but grief. Deserves 0 stars.

Absolutely useless customer service - pointless card.
Give cash or transfer to an account. I spent more time trying to get this card to work with Apple Pay than it was worth if I paid myself minimum wage for the time spent doing so and speaking with the help(less) team

"A second card not working."
I left another review below. This is a follow on from that. So I finally received a replacement card for the original card that wasnt working. It took 4 weeks for the card to arrive, not the 5 to 7 days I was promised. I was originally told the replacement card was posted on December 15th, then a few days before it finally arrived I was told it wasnt actually posted to me until December 29th.
Anyway I had so I thought problem over, well apparently not. I have tried to use this new card twice in Tescos and both times it did not work. I know how to use One4All, my company gave us one last year and I had no issues. But not only have I missed getting to use this card for Christmas I now am going to miss the New Years sales ir seems. I am not prepared to wait for a 3rd card to be sent out. I will contact my employers this week and see if they can get a refund.

I contacted One4all as I had a funny experience in Nandos, my card would not work. Apparently it had expired & I had not used it & it had £30 on it. One4all were so good to me & they reissued a new card & now I can take the family to Nandos again. Thank you One4all.
