"Worst gift card system ever!"

This has to be one of the worse gift card systems I have ever come across. I received a one4all gift card from my company at Christmas and I am still not able to spend the value of the card. Firstly, tried using the one4all app at IKEA where the card wasn't recognised. Then tried to rectify it through the app to no avail, logged out of the app and could not log back in, redownloaded the app and still could not access it. Got someone else to login with my details on their phone which was successful however still did not work in an approved shop, extremely disappointing. I am not sure now how I can spend this before they start debiting my account so my balance will be at 0 eventually, modern day robbers.

I am very dissatisfied with this company,as I received an email(with a no-replyaddress)4/1/2024 stating that they would send a replacement card fo£40.00 and that I should receive this 7-10 days its been 28/2/2024 and still no card!I have tried to call but withni avail.

Me regalaron 2 tarjetas regalo de 20€ cada una y las canjee para usarlas en H&M. Mi sorpresa llega cuando al querer validarlas allí al hacer una compra, su sistema no las reconoce y finalmente no son validas. Sin duda, la peor experiencia de tarjetas de regalo que he visto en mi vida. 40€ a la basura, una autentica estafa. Lamentable. Por supuesto, dejaré esta opinión visible para ayudar a que no le suceda a nadie más.

Espero que dejen de ofrecer este servicio muy pronto.

€250 credit and spent 2 hrs trying to order a small hand vac on line... filled everything thing out 4 times, wouldn't go through.
Now sale is over and item will cost me an additional €90 !!

I'm not very tech minded so I asked them to send me a physical card rather than using the app. They said they would which I am very thankful for.

Have 2 cards will not work so embarrassing standing in shop and card declined has happened several times but now money flying out of them especially one that was never used and only checked to see balance pure ripoff

If I could give 0 stars , I would.
1. Took almost one hour to actually buy egift card. A nightmare of a system.
Also does not allow payment through Paypal.
2.Recipient, almost one week after sending ecard, cannot access it, was not sent the card number etc, and cannot spend it, although email says she has received a gift card.

Tried to use my last €15 via Xbox, used at least 4 times before normally goes through within 15 mins. This time payment is in review phone customer service spoke with betty & informed it can now take 24hrs ok will wait then complaint will go through for final response. TERRIBLE COMPANY. BHN customer service, are stating i was never blocked ? Wish i could upload a screenshot......Update, as stated not much left on card now but everthing put back in place recieved one message stating my card was not blocked ? It definetley was & have screenshot to prove it. Thankyou for getting intouch I have noticed my card is up & running again. Was able to Checked my balance €15:02. Don't understand why this happened but very suspicious, especially as comming to last few euros. texted for balance to 57887as stated on card, no reply as yet then card blocked.
Cannot use & no reply as yet, still have credit on card, ridiculous customer service is appalling.
Have sent them email & copy to FSPO, hopefully will hear something soon.
Doubt if I will be using again, shame really as son loves this option as was a gift.
