Received a digital gift card as a gift recently znd had a problem loading it to my phone. The online support centre were extremely helpful and reverted with possible solutions very quickly. While the issue of the digital card couldn't be resolved, possibly an issue with my phone, one4all issued a replacement physical card to ensure I was able to use the gift.

Online card a nightmare to use... Would not recommend getting anyone this as a gift...50 euro limit on a card is so frustrating especially if there is more than 100 on a card...

I honestly lost about 200 euro value on one for all cards that I received for a big birthday over Covid.Like many I shelved my cards and forgot about them.
After 1 year,a “service charge” deducts a monthly fee from the value of the card,rendering many cards worth zero after a few years.This should not even be legal.A cashier told me that she hates to see a customer hand present one as payment,as she has been on the receiving end of abuse from multiple unsuspecting customers who have found their cards to be worthless at the till.
A fair system would be to have an expiry date in a card
I’m not interested in applying for a refund on my “inactive cards “which I have long disposed of .
I’m interested in fair play for all please .

I was lucky to be assisted by Bessy Fuentes whosorted the problem promptly and professionally in a pleasant manner.
She should be recognised by her company for her efficiency
I am personally grateful and I thank her on this forum

I cannot believe you charge €1.45 a month for non use. I was given this card for €50 in 2021 and misplaced it. Just found it, and the balance is €15.20. The card has never been used. This is day light robbery. I am truely disappointed. Will never recommend this card

I have tried using my card in several different shops and this card will not work. ..super value yesterday a lovely young gentleman tried in several ways and of no use.
