Had difficulty using the card loaded to the App and seeing the card number via the app. The customer service team resolved it very quickly.

Very easy to contact Customer Services by phone and the call handler understood the problem, and resolved it efficienrty, and patiently.
The website is difficult to navigate and could be made more user friendly.

Not only is it very hard to actually use these cards, One4all fees are outrageous.
[Edit: More context - every website I tried to use this card on it was rejected. Ringing All4One is a headache and time consuming. There's too much hassle with these cards all round. And then the fees they charge you over time for not using it are colossal. Ended up losing €50 - as I said: Scam.]

There is just too many restrictions with one4all. Can only use in participating stores and you can only spend €50 online providing they participate. They successfully made buying something stressful.

Eerst moet je een heel account aanmaken
Je kaart gegevens invoeren als of het een creditcard is, vervolgens kun je de winkel waar je wat wil kopen deze een vinken het bedrag invoeren en dan uit eindelijk krijg je na een verificatie een akkoord een weer een streepjes code…
Heel gebruikers onvriendelijk nooit kopen.

I really like one4all cards - they are so useful in so many locations. I highly recommend them.

"Great Customer Service on email and Phone"
I was able to lock the card when I mislaid it. When I found my card I was able to unlock it again quickly via a phone call to Customer Service. I would highly recommend their Customer Service. However I don'tlike the policy of deducting 1.45 from a card balance monthly after the first year of the card's issue.

I used my one4all giftcard on the one4all website to swap it for a nintendo eshop voucher and I received a confirmation email but have not received my nintendo e shop voucher. On the website it said the e shop voucher would be sent shortly. I have emailed customer service but have not received a response.
