I have been waiting for about ten hours for my password. I can't log in or use my cards until I get this. I called customer support and they said to give them 15 minutes. I was more than 15 minutes on the phone with them and told there this but he said he couldn't help me. It's very difficult to use these cards.

The most useless product and service ever! Please there has to be an alternative or I’ll not be buying one single one for all voucher ever again. They have had enough time and made enough money to come up with a proper product that can actually be used. Do not buy anymore! Worst product ever. Don’t give the company money!
