I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I have purchased a digital card for a gift for someone else. It tells you to purchase first and then you can modify . I purchased it and now I am finding it impossible to modify it and forward it as a gift . Won't be purchasing another one !

THIS IS NOTHING BUT SCAM!!!
I GOT THEIR FAULTY GIFT CARD FOR 5 YRS OF SERVICE IN THE COMPANY FROM MY COLLEAGUES.
CS SAID THAT PERSON WHO PURCHASED CARD CALLS AND THEN I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN TO CONFIRM THE SAME BY PHONE AND EMAIL.
WE HAD TO CONFIRM LIKE 7 TIMES THAT WE WANT REFUND!!!
AFTER THEY SAID THAT REFUND IS PROCESSED NOW THEY ARE ASKING 8€ FOR MISTAKE AND HASSLE THAT THEY CAUSED AND ASKING MY MANAGER AGAIN TO CONFIRM THIS AND THAT??? THESE SCAMMERS SHOULD GO TO EU COURT FOR CUSTOMER RIGHTS!
ENDLESS RUNNING OF CUSTOMERS BACK AND FORTH BECAUSE OF THE MISTAKE THAT THEY'VE CAUSED AND ASKING MONEY ON TOP OF THAT???

Absolutely terrible not the first time this is happened. I feel like I have been scammed by one4all. Because I recently purchased 4 seperate gift codes from Xbox using my physical one4all voucher cards online using there website. They said they would send me a confirmation email of some sort absolutely nothing. Tried to get in contact could not I don't know what to then to complain I spent a lot of money on these codes and not one has been sent yet absolutely disgraceful and would not recommend I don't know how to get a refund either so my money spent is gone no thanks to One4all. If anyone could help send the codes please do but for now the complaint stays up as nothing has been done.
