Would not recommend these as a gift. The balance diminishes very quickly if you don't spend when you receive. Support your local community and stores and buy vouchers directly from them. They won't take the money from your card. Checked 2 cards I received as a gift a couple of years back and both have 0 balances. The expiry dates on the cards are June 2025 and 2026

"Excellent and efficient customer service"

I had problems with a number of digital gift cards and wasnt able to find a solution. I eventually spoke with a One4all service advisor.
They were very patient and understanding in finding a multistep solution to convert a number of them to physical cards without any fuss.

Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Couldn’t register the card due to a technical fault at their side. Despite emails and phone calls, no response or action taken. 11 months on, discovered they cancelled the card in January 2024. Not informed. No apologies and still waiting on a new card. No response following formal complaint. Repeat requests for ID, card number and Photos together with proof of purchase. This information was submitted on their platform 4 Times. Dealing with many different personal. Useless company.

Cannot check balance. I am in ireland with an Iish mobile and the text to check balance will not work - it keeps failing. The number given to check my balance is not recognised by the phone system either.
