It's almost impossible to check the balance on more than one card without being blocked. The unauthorised deduction of 1.45 service charge each month is pure theft.

got these through work found it very hard to spend in store and 50 euro limit online, the app is hit or miss left red faced in Currys, one4all support are poor apparently had to reinstall the app. Ended up ordering the chip and pin physical cards.

Got Gifted a €50 Virtual Voucher and could never get it to Work properly. Rang 0ne for all and in 5 minutes got issued with a new Card and all penalties rescinded for non use .Well Done David for Sorting me Out. Ray Roche.

"Easier to buy a physical card or send cash by post"
It was very difficult to find the digital gift card on the website. It was difficult to customize the digital card on my phone. The validation code did not send through to my phone and I had to log out and start again several times. I rang for help and was told to log out and start again. Someone was supposed to ring me back within 10 minutes, it has now been 35 minutes and nobody has rang me back. I had to go through the whole process (uploading picture and filling out all the recipient details and personal message) again on my laptop before it would work.

Fast and satisfactory response from customer care team via email! This is the second time I've had to contact them with a similar request and I have never had any issues. Pleasant staff and effective service.

It is just too difficult too use. Everything about the card from activating to checking balances to attempting to use it is a problem. I really don't reccomend it at all as a gift. I imagine that the company never has to honour it to its full value due to its difficult operational proceedures. Would advise people not to purchase it unless significant changes are made to how the card operates

I have a €150 chip and pin 4 days later 17 emails and calls and the card is still locked nobody on there customer service knows how to deal with complaints it’s a complete sham or a company stay away from them to avoid stress and incompetence
