"Digital Cards "

I had a query regarding getting my digital card and I rang the help desk. The person stayed on the phone and went through what to do step by step until I had completed the transaction.

"False advertising re online shopping and stores not accepting"

False advertising. On back of card terms it specifically refers to spending online and a limit of 50 euro implying it can be used online without issue up to this limit.
However many retail stores aren't accepting instore or online at all.
For example Next won't accept online (today) and when i couldn't get past the checkout, the customer service told me they don't accept one4all cards or gift cards or vouchers online.
My card is for 40 euro so within the limit specified on the card for online shopping.
The only place i can use this card is M&S.
I don't recommend buying these cards as gifts, they are impossible to use.

Thats not good enough because in my opinion you should correct the misleading information around your product so its clear at POS that it is very, very limited and can not be used in many places.

This card was bought for someone with a disability/illness who can only shop online! The person would never have bought it had they known how limited it was.

Its no longer fit for purpose and people don't find out until they try to use it. On complaining, you then decide at that point to inform them you have a list online of stores but don't have the info around who accepts them instore/online again.

People wouldn't accept them as payment or buy them as gifts if they were correctly informed at POS, they buy them under misinformation they can be used in ways that they can't.

Its called one4all?? The name is false and misleading at this point.

It's been almost a month since I have a gift card that I cannot use

After speaking to 3 agents, having email. conversations with another 4.

I can safely say, this is the worst customer service I have dealt with. Promised call backs that didn't happen, now I'm getting emails asking me to wait longer.

The team either have no idea what they're doing or just don't care. I will have to ncall today to escalate this once again.

Terrible voucher system, they gouge the retailer and the customer of their margin and balances...dont buy these as gifts!!

Received several hundreds worth in gift cards for our wedding, they weren't activated by the purchasers of who we no longer know who they were as it's been a year since we received them and we are not going to bother hundreds of guests (some of which have passed away) and we can't activate them ourselves the customer service says so one4all claim another victim of their miserable gift cards system.

Update - got a partial refund on the cards so changed star rating a bit.
