"Painful experience "

Do not burden your loved ones by giving them a one4all card. Poor website, no contact details, very cumbersome and glitchy verification system and cannot really be used for online purchases due to spending limits. As the card is hard to use, they then clean up by charging monthly fees. Crooks.

"Unnecessary prolonged purchase experience"

One4All gift card is great however the ordeal to purchase is prolonged and time consuming. I purchased a digital card for a family members birthday, I had to make an account, purchase, log into account, personalize, put recipients details in (name, email & mobile number) and send. I then received an email for each step that had been successfully completed as well as text messages of the same.
What should be just a simple purchase and send took over 20 minutes.

Service for Xmas cards great but I also wanted t purchase 2 birthday ones and no way could I get a Birthday one4all card up. Also said if order was over €100 I'd get a bonus €10 still trying t find out about that. Hence dropping 2 stars

Would not recommend at all, waste of time and money if the card is not used straight away they will keep taking fees also when you try to use it most places seem to have issues with the card too, too much hassle not a good gift idea at all 👎👎👎

Best customer service. Called to get advise on an issue I was have logging in , the lady had great patience and went through the steps with me , it could not be resolved so she offered to post the voucher to me instead . Very helpful laura perez and thank you .
