I was not given the opportunity to customise the digital card and I cannot find it in my one4all account!

It was easy to use to get a voucher. But maybe there could be a way to buy the voucher but send it to someoneelse while using the app. I was buying for my sister in law but had to send it to my email and then forward it on to her. Just a small thought, otherwise a good product

What a shower of thieves if somebody puts €100 on a one4all card they should be able to spend their €100 I got a gift a of a one4all card I misplaced it and looked for it its now turned up and all the money is gone only it's €3.50 left I will never buy or gift one again!!!!

By the time I got to an agent the app had already crashed on me and the phone number had brought me directly to the survey without going to an agent first. Despite this I give the company 5 stars and this rests solely on 1 incredibly helpful and pleasant customer service agent. She was a superstar and I hope the company appreciate her.

Very poor instructions for setting up digital card. Really frustrating. You have to register for an account and give all your address name, phone and email.

Then the card would work because you have to get a code to use it online. That wasn’t explained.

They didn’t say clearly that only a minimum of €50 per transactions can be spent on a digital card at any one time.

So you can’t spend all the value of your digital card to buy things online. This is a real flaw.

Have used plastic card in past and this is recommended. The digital is not- avoid.

"Absolutely terrible set up"

Absolutely terrible set up. Cards don't work where advertised and devalue at rediculous rates. Don't get these as a gift for someone, they are no more than an inconvenience and embarrassment in restaurant. Get them a pre paid Mastercard instead.

Very good Web site. Easy to purchase a gift card with lots of choice, however I was surprised that after spending €100 I was charged for postage.
