"Stressful"
I received gift cards to the value of 300 euro from a recruitment agency for recommending a candidate to them. I am in the UK and unable to spend the euros, I had thought of booking a hotel stay but at the 50 euro limit for online, this is barely possible. I contacted one4all who explained I can have the value transferred to my bank account for a fee. I completed the forms and thought this was sorted. However, 2 weeks later, I've spoken to 5 different people, have emailed asking to speak to management, provided several forms of ID and proof of address and bank details, yet this is still not resolved. The cards have been frozen so it's just a waste of money from the company who gifted them to me.

They have wasted a month messaging me on here nad in the end saying that they will send me a replacement but they never did - just marked my complaint as solved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

My kids got cards for Christmas. Costs money to buy, then charges upon charges.
My Daughters hadn't used their cards for sometime and were looking forward to using them , to find their money had been taken at a rate of 1.45 euros management fees per month.. They cried and felt their money had been stolen.

Received as a present online card doesn't work anywhere kept declining. Rang up to order an actual physical card said 5 to 7 days. 20 days later still not received it

Never again! I found a One 4 All card for €50 my son had received for Christmas 2022 that we had forgotten about, I checked the value and there was €22.60 left. One 4 All had taken the remainder, for doing nothing!!! I quickly used the card last night to stop them from getting another cent. I will be avoiding One 4 All and encouraging others to do the same. Yes, they are public about their charges but that doesn't make it right.
Update: One4All say they will refund charges but multiple emails later and no refund.

Unless you spend the card immediately your balance gets eaten up by charges. And having to know the balance before you use it in a shop is annoying.
