Scam , cannot register ti activate the card or submit a query online. They keep taking the charges though. Avoid!

Customer services are excellent. Had a problem registering the gold card and they rectified it for me within a short period of time. Well done! Gold cards are great ideas to give as wedding gifts, having very good choice of places to use them.

I named the individuals I wanted to get the gift cards when I placed the order. The confirmation that they had been dispatched was quick and repeated all the names. When the cards were received only numbers on the envelopes, NO NAMES. I was pleased I could send the cards to a different address but now the recipient has to put the names on the envelopes. Not what I expected.

Don’t advise anybody buying this card for anybody. It says my card has been activated even though I never activated it. It was a gift from somebody and has €200 but when I emailed them they said I need the email u activated it even though I never activated it. Shame as it’s a lot of money

Very poor transparency in customer service and resolving problems. A cynical person might imagine that this is deliberate to frustrate users so that One4All can apply 'inactive balance charges' to more cards and make more money from this.
