I have having issues with my one for all card as money was refunded onto it and the card wouldn’t work, I got a response from Pamela who was extremely polite and helpful within 1 day as stated in there reply times and she found and fixed the problem in that time. Very helpful and fast customer service.

I had multiple issues with the virtual and physical card and often the balance checker doesn't work... Would not recommend it, and hopefully I won't receive another voucher from one4all.

I got a one4all gold chip and pin card from my company and I successfully activated it and I was able to use it. After 3 weeks of using this card it has stopped working in shops and on-line. When I log into the All4one website it says that the card is still activated. Why would my card not be working and what can be done to fix it?

Dreadful, you pay them and it takes a couple of days to process the egift card, it doesn't even need to be posted. I needed this for a gift and the order is still "in review".

I lost my card and I contacted through email to replace, I got super quick response from Santo M. I was already hopeless I could get the money back, but they actually do replace (charges fairly 5euros).
