Very cumbersome website to order, very hard to use digital cards online. The app is atrocious, use your card before 1 year or the fees deducted monthly are huge. Buy physical cards using LETSGETPHYSICAL discount code for free shipping.
Update: Good to see one4all response, appreciate when companies care about their services.

Good product with poor UX.
It's 2023. And I've had to change my digital card to a physical card for "ease of use", i.e. because of all the issues / bugs I've had with the Digital one. I know I'm not the only one. I recommend totaldigital.ie - Best UX/Design & Development Team in town. Hands down. Honestly, it will change how you are perceived as a business and will turn 2 stars into 5. Worth a try.

absolute joke of a company to deal with, purchased a card from one of their vendors for €70 on 3/12/22 i gave the card as a gift to a relative. some weeks later i am advised by my relative that there was only €30 on the card when they went to pay for goods with it. that was the start of a long haul experience with one 4 all. i have it listed that i contacted them by phone 15 times to try sort this out. i got an email from them on 29th december 2022 to say that the vendor had made a mistake and gave me the wrong card ??? and they would reimburse the €40. that was three weeks after i had purchased the card. after numerous calls to check and see when i would get my refund and talking to their various tele-centres around the globe i was promised by one operator that a manager would contact me on the day ( which never happened ) my €40 euro did not arrive in the 3 -4 working days as advised. i eventually managed to speak with a guy in tele-sales in south america and he said that going by the details on my case file the issue had been resolved ??? no such thing. he again said he would get a manager to call me within 10 minutes.......still waiting. last week 6/2/23 over 2 months after my initial purchase i received my card with €70. they deleted the €30 that was on the first card i got which i thought they would have left me with for all the time and calls i made never mind the embarrassing situation with my relative. if your looking for a quick response from this company its not going to happen. i would never purchase from them again.

Excellent response from customer service at one4all re ESB gift card...had difficulty on line accessing card and Courtney at customer service one4all kindly sorted it out pronto and sent a physical card to me.. well done and thank you.

I would give "no stars" were it possible. A useless system verging on a scam. I would never buy one of these for anybody, either physical card or "digital". They nick money off your "old" cards in a "maintenance fee" if you don't use it for a while. The digital app is awful and never works when you need it "card won't load". I was left at Christmas in Argos, paying a big bill out of my own money where I was expecting to be able to use my significant gift from my company. Useless. Cards and App.

"I have been unable to use my cards in…"

I have been unable to use my cards in stores. Tried Tesco and M&S. Both assured me that they accepted them, but then the terminal can't read the card on the One4All app. In the meanwhile I'm being charged for not using the cards...worst company ever. I remember back in 2015 when we were sent physical cards directly, they were so easy to use in store like normal prepaid cards. What has changed since?

Have been unable to spend this voucher either instore or online. It is user unfriendly and the app is terrible. I hope never to receive such a card again

"Extremely limited places to spend the money"

There isn't many shops that accept the card. It can only be used for Irish shops, most of which have very little and limited stocks of electronics. No way to buy items on Amazon with this card or any other online retailer that isn't of the very few supported. This business makes money off people that aren't able to spend the money on their cards and hence is perfectly happy about this situation.

"Single worst experience ever"

Single worst experience ever. I wouldn't buy these for my worst enemy. The digital system is a pile of excrement and the cards rarely work in store and store assistants HATE them because they cause so much trouble and slow things down so much. My digital card has been broken for over a year and the only solution the company were willing to offer was that i buy physical cards, which are just as flakey, and they'd give me €2 off shipping after being embarrassed numerous times at checkout as the cards refused to work. Do not buy one4alls for anyone ever!

"I would not recommend this company"

I would not recommend this company. Last year I could easily use the card. This year I received a card from the company I work for, and to activate this card I had to go through lots of security steps like my address, my passaport, photos of myself and I had to wait 24 hours to get it activated and get my pin. Also after I activated my card, I couldn't purchase online because for some reason the card doesnt go through. I tried to purchase for 49.90 euros from Tommy H. And also forgot to mention that the app to activate the card had glitches. It asked my to confirm the last 8 digits of my card, but in the end it accepted all 16 digits. And I tried it for days. I spend lots of time activating it and lots of time trying to purchase online and in the end transaction wouldnt go through. I wouldnt recommend one for all cards to anyone!!!
