I had a problem for over a year and the issue took minutes in the end to sort and then weeks to implement. Over promising, duplicating case numbers referring to specialists very patronising, it was about sending a replacement card in the post and all i got was i will take it up with our specialist, we have forwarded your query to a specialist team -just stick it in the post . it was the worst customer experience ever. All you wanted to do was meet SLAs by setting up new case numbers not resolving the case. Going around in circles And you still have not addressed my complaint so as far as I am concerned the case is not closed. Yet that's what you have done. You are lucky to get 1 star as there is no lower rating on the scale - on the space theme you should have a "black hole" rating as that's were the customer service was run from it would appear. Your Date of experience question below is difficult as it started in December 2021 and there were many case numbers all the way up to today. It will not let me enter December 2021.

Awful app. When trying to convert digital gift card to physical card zero information on 50e limit and when transaction fails no reason why. Very frustrating and time consuming. Clunky app too. Very bad experience.

Terrible service, because of new laws, online spending is capped at 50 euro per transaction, so whatever you're purchasing must be under 50 euro regardless how much is left on the card. So useless, you'd be much better off giving cash as a gift, at least you're not limited how much of it you can spend at any one time. Ridiculously inconvenient feature that should be on the Home page notifying potential customers of their severe limitations.

There is an issue where password reset emails are not going to my email - the same solution was suggested a number of time. I'm not sure if I was dealing with an actual person or a bot - seemed to be a bot as they could not comprehend the issue. Creating a new email address to activate the card is an awful solution. I will never use oneforall gift cards again

Really poor. I keep being responded to with the same advice without any solutions. The case gets marked as resolved when it is clearly not.
