Gift cards did not arrive. Contacted customer services and received excellent service. Email was replied to promptly and politely, cards were cancelled and new ones issued. Thank you Casey for your help.

Super Value Sell one 4all cards, yet some Supervalue stores will not accept them. They are more of a Liability than an Asset.

The app doesn't work, and also the website wont let me activate my card, When finally getting into the app after it crashing for 2 weeks straight, the card says "active" yet it gets declined on all orders online and in shops. If you gift someone these you are giving them the gift of stress, Please Avoid Always !

Asked family to stop buying these cards after I realised they charge you an inactive fee (I was saving them up to buy a watch, realised last years cards are missing balance) absolute rip off. AVOID

Shocking generic reply. Your inactive balance fee is what I would call stealing from people. It why I'm now actively informing people know about it and telling them to avoid One4All gift cards.

I have requested for a refund for my gift card on Dec 18 last year. Initially, they said i would get money in 3 days but did not receive it. When i called them they said, the ticket is pending for purchase receipt which they did not ask me for it earlier time and since then. I have sent them receipt proof of purchase and called them to see the status. They said ticket is still open but noboy actioned after receiving the proof. The said I didnt sent but I have sent them. This time person said ok will proceed to next stage and will resolved in 14 days which is not the case at all. some people are saying 7 days and they are contracting to each other when dealing with queries. Till today, problem is not resolved and I did not receive my money.

NO one responds to complaints, no feed back and they keep on deducting charges. You call them and now one picks up the call
