this service is terrible i am waiting days for my pin number which is a disgrace i have sent them my social welfare which is not out of date a clear picture of my face and my one for all card clearly in the picture i had to go through the shame of being in a shop and this not working for me the process is way to complicated they said my social welfare card is out of date it isnt at all and i have sent i dont no how many clear pictures of my face yet no pin number to use my card i was looking forward to using this card i asked for it for christmas not knowing i would put through this to use it

Quite simply, the app does not work consistently. Trying customer service will only infuriate you further. Reps reading off a script and still give inconsistent advise. Do not buy these as personal gift cards, you WILL be disappointed. I have a case number and nobody had contacted me.
UPDATED. THIS IS STILL AN ISSUE. YOU DID CONTACT ME BUT DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR ON 3 OCCASIONS AND HAVE 3 CASE NUMBERS AND HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED BACK. I'M NOW GOING TO DOCUMENT THIS SO OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THE SAME DREADFULL EXPERIENCE AS ME

While I had an issue with a zero value card preventing my new digital card displaying, the support team resolved this promptly.
And the support team also pointed out that they could refund some of a card that was affected by monthly inactive card fees. A little extra helps at new year.

I am sorry but I wouldn't even give 1 star.
I placed an order on the 8th of December and when I didn't received the cards by the 14th I tried to contact you. The order number was 3000242188.
I had sent numerous e-mails to different e-mail address help, corpsales and custserv and I haven’t received a single response, I have also called every number I can find online and have left numerous messages, as nobody answered the phones even though I was being kept on hold for 15/20 minutes, again with no reply to my messages. I did this everyday, over and over again.
I did get case numbers CS9086094, CS9085787, CS9085279 but nothing came of these either.
Eventually on the 20th of December Bernadette Gurhy answered the phone and managed to find our order and match the payment for same, eventually after going through the hassle and panic to gathering and sending in information for DUE DILIGENCE which I have never had to do before, Bernadette organised for us to be able to collect the cards from the office.
I have never experience any issues before in all the years that we have been getting one 4 all cards so couldn't believe I received such bad customer service. There was no apology or explanation as to why this happened.

Tried to make a purchase online with my chip and pin card. Despite having more than enough funds for the purchase my card is being rejected and I’m instructed to contact the bank regarding the issue. Emailed customer services straight away - this was one week ago. I’ve been asked to send screenshots of the item I’m trying to purchase…(which I done straight away) why would this matter? The shop takes One4All, I have the funds?? No one has kept me updated or given any explanation. So disappointing. NEVER AGAIN.
