I have requested on six occasions to refund all funds on two One4all cards. I was assured on January 5th that transfer of these funds would appear in my bank account within 5-7 working days. It is now working day 12th without settlement. I have emailed and telephoned the contact people without success. Please investigate this case.

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. They cannot even read what is being told to them and just closed the case without resolving the issue.
After their comment below they still haven't resolved the issue and closed the case again.
Don't ever buy a one4all as a gift I warn you!!!!

I had an issue with One4All gift card regarding the monthly charge on the card. I contacted the One4All Customer Service. I got a very quick response and the case was resolved within a few days. I dont agree with the One4All monthly charges but I will give One4All credit for an excellent Customer Service Team.

After two years having received a Virtual Voucher for €100, it has never worked and I would strongly recommend against one4all! Customer service was so incompetent and unhelpful!

Quick TAT. I got my pin resent fast. I would suggest users have the option of resetting a pin at least once via the website or application.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very hard to use, very limited, not everywhere accepts it, the website doesn't keep the card details in my login.
