Created an account to use a 500eur card before realising they wanted all sorts of 'verification' including passport/driving licence and 'selfie'. I do not provide this information to companies I do not know and trust. This documentation is for entering other countries and driving an automobile. As for a selfie? They must be joking. Anyway, I requested that they remove the card from my account so that I can give it to someone who is fully verified. They are saying this is not possible without me providing the very verification I refuse to provide to proceed with using the card myself. They also closed my case and effectively claimed the 500eur for themselves. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
