One4all help themselves to €1.45 of your money every month after the first year. Disgusting practice. If you're looking to get a present for someone, just give them cash. Can't go wrong with cash.

1)- only can use one card at at time online,so you card is entered as a credit card. You can't pay ANY other balance. So either they keep the balance .

2) even in store you can't use multiple cards together.

3) it will be a hassle WHEREVER YOU TAKE THEM!
get the manager, noone knows how to do it etc.
If would never buy these. They were a gift, and suuuuuuuuuch a scam.
* Your reply- really you just swipe it? Thanks 🙄 I had 2 gift cards. They allow 2 payment methods max. So I couldn't pay the remaining balance thus couldn't use them. Again, such a scam

Nightmare to deal with, lost my one for all card. No customer service help without my card number! How is this possible with a lost card. No details available when I log into my account in ref to card number or balance on card. I have my order ref & order details but they can't accept these details?????

"to much messing around"

to much messing around, all i wanted was to use my card for an xbox product which it says i can use on your website, then I later found out that id have to swap my card over to a gift card in order to use it, then wait for it to come in the post again. A lot of unnecessary work and time spent, extremely confusing.

I was gifted a digital card and like many, many others had an absolute nightmare trying to spend it either online or in store. There are serious issues with this new digital card service that need to be addressed. If I hadn't gone in to a store and spoken to a manager I would have given up on trying to spend it. I will never purchase one for anyone. Physical cards are not as difficult to use but I feel very strongly about the fact that they deduct your money with a monthly fee after 18 months. There are many people who don't know this and find they have nothing left on their card when they eventually find somewhere to spend it.

I would encourage people NOT to buy or gift one4all vouchers unless you know they are going to be spent immediately. they charge a monthly fee so if you haven’t used your card for a while you might find that the balance you thought you had is no longer there because the one4all company has depleted it with its fees. Terrible practice which many people are unaware of.

A second complaint i have was that i transferred my cards to my wallet and when i changed over my phones the cards disappeared. i no longer kept the physical cards because i put them into my wallet. I tried to get one4all help me retrieve balances and they said they couldn’t help because they were put onto my phone and so bo longer had any record of my cards - what absolute nonsense - an inept company - i will never ever purchase for myself or anyone again
