"The verification AI is terrible"

The verification AI is terrible. It took me almost 25min to get a picture of the front and back of my license, and a face picture.

Complete rubbish system. I wish my company would stop using them.

This was my first contact with one4all and it went fairly well. One or two blips on my side but otherwise it went very well. New clients should be told earlier to open account.

Needs better shipping options. I would happily pay extra for couriers, for guaranteed next day etc.
The current options are not fast enough and don't even arrive on time.
